Get inspired by the colorful nature this season and add some bright colors to your wardrobe.



Color blocking was a big hit in the eighties and also resurfaced in 2010 and 2011. Last Spring it appeared again, now with a modern twist, and it’s here to stay. On the fall/winter runways this year we saw colorful collections from Prada, Marc Jacobs and Marni to name a few. Celebrities and fashion influencers are picking up on the trend.



So how do you wear it? Pair it with neutrals like raw denim or white clothing for a fresh look or be bold and match opposite colors of the color wheel like yellow and blue. If too much color seems like a big leap for your otherwise neutral wardrobe – add bright colored accessories like a hat, a pair of gloves or a hand bag to your look. It’s a great way to start and you can just add on color as you go.
